I couldn’t agree more! Children will feed off our moods and hectic lifestyle. If we are calm, they are calm and when we are stressed, they are stressed. Finding ways to simplify our lives will produce healthier children.

My sunroom is my favorite place in the house especially in the morning! It is surrounded by windows and I can see everything from that room…the pigs, chickens, flowers, garden, birds, and even a deer or two walking across the pasture in early morning. It is my heaven spot!

I know I have purposely taken time to walk through my gardens in the morning, enjoying the early bird sounds, the sun’s rays peaking through, the coolness before the heat of the day and the joy of seeing the small changes from day to day…. and it is a great time to talk w/ the Lord. 🙂
